Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use WOYM. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at harsh@digivats.com if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

What you write, record and upload stays yours. You give us permission only to store it, sync it, process it and show it back to you, and to send it to people when you choose to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Please keep a copy of anything you can't afford to lose. You can export your entries from the app at any time.

Don't use WOYM to:

• break the law, or share content that is illegal;
• harass, threaten or spam the people you share entries with;
• get into other people's accounts, or into parts of WOYM that aren't meant for you;
• disrupt the service, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

WOYM is free to use, with limits such as how much media you can store. Paid plans remove those limits and unlock more features. Prices are shown in the app and on this website before you pay.

• In the app: purchases are made through the App Store and follow Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• On this website: purchases are made through Razorpay. A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel. All purchases are final; our Refund and Cancellation Policy covers cancelling, and charges made by mistake.
• Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks paid features for as long as WOYM is offered.

Fix English and Scan Handwriting use AI to suggest changes to your text or read a photo of your writing. AI can get things wrong, so check the result before you keep it.

We keep improving WOYM, which means features may change. If we ever stop offering WOYM, we will tell you in advance and give you time to export your journal.

WOYM is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and your journal safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. WOYM is a journal, not medical or mental health care.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using WOYM and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of India.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant. Using WOYM after a change means you accept the new terms.
